3. Procedure
The coating is scraped with a 120μm wire rod on a tinplate and immediately baked in a 55°C oven for 10 minutes. After cooling, the coated plate is placed in a 5% sodium chloride solution for 24 hours to observe the foaming and peeling of the paint film.
4. Conclusion
The ideal result is a paint film without foaming and without scratches after being lightly scraped.
